Donnie McMayon is the vice president of estimating for Essential Electrical Services and serves on its board of directors.

Before joining EES in April 2019, Donnie was Walker Engineering's senior estimator and was responsible for all of the company’s estimates, including end-to-end management of Walker Engineering’s front end documents, supplier and subcontractor relationships, and maintaining compliance in all markets in Texas.

Prior to joining Walker Engineering, Donnie was the project manager for Trim Electric and was responsible for estimating and managing all of Trim Electric’s projects.

 

Previous to his work at Trim Electric, Donnie was the senior superintendent of the project superintendent Division at College Station Electric.

Donnie also spent 13 years with D.H. Electric, most recently as a journeyman electrician foreman where he led teams on various projects in Texas.

Donnie earned an education in motor control circuits, electrical troubleshooting and maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and also continued his pursuit through IEC Conroe where he earned his master electrician license.
